Organism: Chlamydia trachomatis

Preferred treatment: Ceftriaxone 500 mg IM/IV ONCE (1000 mg if > 150kg)

🐲 Gonorrhea

Organism: Neisseria gonorrhoeae

Preferred treatment: Doxycycline 100 mg po BID x 7 days

🐤 Trichominiasis

Organism: Trichomonas vaginalis

Preferred treatment: Metronidazole 500 mg po BID x 7 days (women) / Metronidazole 2000 mg po once (men)

🐯 Bacterial vaginosis

Organism: Gardernella vaginosis

Preferred treatment: Metronidazole 500 mg po BID x 7 days
