🌹 69yoF (NKMA) presents with burning sensation with urination. Empirically started on ceftriaxone. Day 2 prelim urine cx: >100k CFU/mL Pseudomonas (sensitive: cefepime, piperacillin-tazobactam, meropenem) AND >100k CFU/mL Enterococcus faecalis.
